夏蟬

　　到了夏天，到處都是蟬鳴。

　　蟬聲，有時候的確很煩人，但我卻愛上這合奏，它讓我感受到夏日的氣息，也讓我在這鬧市中嗅到大自然的味道。

　　小時候，學校附近有個公園。

　　到了初夏，淘氣的我總會在公園內的矮木上找金黃的蟬殼，找到了便小心翼翼的放進口袋，歡天喜地的帶回學校，趁同學不為意的時候偷偷的掛到他們背上，讓蟬殼上的爪抓緊他們的校服。而我，就躲到一旁偷看他們吃驚的樣子。

　　除此以外，還試過天真的以為它們跟藥材店的蟬殼一樣，於是找來兩大包，本想賣給藥材店賺點零用，最後當然是吃閉門羹。

　　還記得有一次，在叢林間找蟬殼的時候，竟發現蟬殼正在裂開，幼蟬正在破蛹而出。剛走出來幼蟬那白色的身軀在陽光照射下閃耀著七彩的光芒，非常漂亮，跟平日看到又黑又醜的蟬截然不同，這使還是孩童的我目瞪口呆。

　　那虛弱的幼蟬剛走出蟬殼後，軟軟的伏在枝頭上。好一會兒後，開始拍著翅膀，可是怎麼努力卻飛不起來。在旁的我開始為牠著急，也默默地鼓勵著牠。

　　終於，蟬兒奮力地拍拍雙翅，飛上天，自由自在地飛。

　　這就是我人生中的第一堂生物課，比生物書怎麼的都來得實在，誰料到，這原來也是最後一課。

Puff, the magic dragon, from a land called honah lee.
He lived with a little boy, jackie paper.
When he puffed, he roared his name, magic dragon.
When the mighty dragon puffed, fearless roar ceased, fearless roar ceased.



Puff, the magic dragon lived by the sea
And frolicked in the autumn mist in a land called honah lee,
Little jackie paper loved that rascal puff,
And brought him strings and sealing wax and other fancy stuff. oh!

Together they would travel on a boat with billowed sail
Jackie kept a lookout perched on puff's gigantic tail,
Noble kings and princes would bow whene'er they came,
Pirate ships would lower their flag when puff roared out his name. oh!

A dragon lives forever but not so little boys
Painted wings and giant rings make way for other toys.
One grey night it happened, jackie paper came no more
And puff that mighty dragon, he ceased his fearless roar.

His head was bent in sorrow, green scales fell like rain,
Puff no longer went to play along the cherry lane.
Without his life-long friend, puff could not be brave,
So puff that mighty dragon sadly slipped into his cave. oh!
